The Australasian Redesigning Health Care Summit is internationally renowned for its contribution to sharing the lessons from healthcare redesign and has proven to be the premier forum for world experts and delegates to share their health care redesign knowledge and experience.
The annual summit, first held in Adelaide when it was hosted by Flinders Medical Centre, has become the premier healthcare redesign event within Australasia. In addition to the learning and sharing experiences at the summit, the event has given rise to the establishment of the Australasian Lean Healthcare Network.
International speakers from health and other industries combine with local champions of innovative redesign to create a program rich and diverse in content.
